What we collect

If you book a call, email us, or send a form, we process the details you give us (name, email, company, message) so we can reply.

The site also loads tools that collect usage data on /fr and /en, including if you never send a form:

• Microsoft Clarity: pages, clicks, and session recordings (this can include a replay of what is on screen)
• Ahrefs Web Analytics: traffic stats (pages, referrers, device)
• OpenObserve: performance / RUM (how the page loads)
• Cloudflare: hosting, security, and browser insights

Browsers may store cookies or similar for Clarity and Cloudflare. Analytics cookies (Clarity) only run if you accept the cookie prompt. Reject or dismiss leaves them off.

Server and CDN logs may include IP address, browser, and request metadata. That is how the site stays online.

Why

Enquiry data: to answer you and, if we work together, to do the work. Analytics and recordings: to see if the site works and where people get stuck. We do not sell this. We do not use your enquiry to send bulk unsolicited email.
